  Highly unprofessional

  I had a cleaning with lady Amy and she is highly unprofessional. Doesn’t do his job properly and left the room untidy. I have to tell her to do this . Where ever this stuff is kept she left it there not cleaning underneath it.

  Thank you for your feedback. Our cleaner attended the property and worked for approximately 2.5 hours completing the requested cleaning tasks. During the visit we remained in contact regarding the condition of the property and scope of work. Unfortunately the cleaner experienced constant interruptions which made it difficult to complete the service. Our staff member also felt uncomfortable due to inappropriate comments made during the visit, which we take very seriously as a company. Despite this, work was carried out and we agreed to reduce the charge to £20 as a goodwill gesture, which was

  Deep clean of a flat before rental.

  Move-Out Clean – Not Professional, Avoid

  Very poor end-of-tenancy cleaning service. I would not recommend this company. The property was left in an unacceptable condition: heavy limescale in the bathroom, kitchen and appliances not properly cleaned, freezer untouched, dirty windows, and dust and spiderwebs throughout. This would not pass a landlord inspection. The cleaner even arrived without a vacuum cleaner. After raising these issues, there was no response or attempt to fix the problem. A waste of money. Avoid.

  Response from Dazzle Dynamics Ltd We are disappointed to read this feedback, as it does not reflect the standard of service we aim to deliver. This was an end-of-tenancy clean carried out in accordance with the agreed scope of works. We take before and after photo evidence on all jobs, and no concerns were raised on completion or during handover. Regarding the freezer: as stated in our terms, appliances must be fully defrosted and switched off prior to our arrival. On attendance, the freezer was still frozen and therefore could not be cleaned safely without risk of damage. Heavy limescale
