Within minutes of contacting Checkatrade Tariq contacted me to say he could do the job . He was very punctual and came within 1 hour to do the job . He said it will take couple of hours for the freezer to get cold after his repair . He was fixing my fridge freezer for one and half hour . It is slowly getting cold but only time will tell if the job was successful. I will update on the website again after a week to let everyone know if the freezer is working and will tell everyone if the job was successful. Can only recommend Tariq after a few weeks when I know if the job was successful.

Tariq was fantastic. He carried out a great service. He was knowledgeable and carried out 2 services across two days. His communication was excellent and kept me informed with his arrival times. He changed my fridge filter and unblocked my fridge and cleaned up after. He is very honest and reasonable with prices. I will definitely use him again.

Tariq from Dawood Repairing Ltd went above and beyond. I was desperate and he came to repair my fridge freezer within a few hours. He was respectful of my property, explained everything along the way and took his time to ensure we understood everything he was doing. He even gave my fridge freezer a free service. He stayed to ensure everything was working well and called the following day to ask how everything was. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone.

He offered the lowest call out charge to undercut other quotes I received BUT he arrived and hardly diagnosed the washing machine before concluding it needed to be replaced with a new one. I asked how he arrived at that conclusion he insulted me and called me a INFERIOR PERSON . He had no intention to help repair my machine and possibly no skill to do it. He just wanted me to pay call out charge which is basically a hustle since several other customers have reported him doing the same thing. It's a hustle to demand call out charge and also insult the client without actually doing any repair.

The engineer was determined to complete the work on time and quality. He also checked the status and performance of the machine a few days after. This is good customer service.
