The tradesman attended. He was a polite a friendly man. He got on with investigating the issue. He spent time doing that. Once he realise the issue he got on with fixing the problem. He completed the job satisfactorily. We were very happy that we did not have to claim for food waste as a result of the freezer failing completely I would recommend this tradesman and will keep his contact information.
