  Great experience working with Dawood - after posting the job late at night he arrived promptly and helped us sort out the problem with our fridge. Once he realised we needed a new part to solve the problem, he organised to come over the following day. Solved the issue immediately and was a complete professional. Thanks Dawood!

  Posted at 8.30am that I needed urgent help with a washing machine repair and Dawood had called within the hour and booked in for the afternoon. He fixed the machine and showed me the problem, explaining a new pump was required and why. Thanks for the prompt and friendly service and sorting out the appliance. Would definitely recommend.

  I had an issue with my fridge freezer and the engineer came out promptly and did an excellent job fixing it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. What really stood out was that he even came back again to double-check everything and make sure it was running perfectly, which gave me great peace of mind.   Speedy and informative

  Our Samsung fridge freezer died on Saturday at 5pm… by 7.30pm I had a call saying that someone would be out the next day, they were there in less than 24 hours, took the circuit board away to fix it and installed it back in by midday on the Monday…. Amazing service and we were kept up to date the whole time, even had a follow up from them to check all was ok after a couple of days.
