Cistern leak from faulty washer damaged toilet and floor. Leak was isolated on same day and both floor tiles and toilet replaced after all surfaces had dried out. Work was clean, tidy and unrushed. Pleasant and polite. Very pleased with the repairs

Reliable local plumber who we have used before. David texted to say he was on the way and fitted a new tap. Unfortunately I had to contact him the next morning as there was a slight drip from the waste pipes under the sink but he came that morning and fitted a new one as the washers had perished on the old one.

A drama with a leaking cistern was addressed and further damage averted by the quick response. Very happy with the professional approach and ongoing support.
