  simple bathroom sealant job

  After a couple of van mechanical issues and communication, arrived and did the job quickly. Looks nice and seems to have fixed the problem! Happy with the work and would use again

  Boiler service

  Engineer booked 9/9.30. checked in advance they could service our boiler. 10.30 still not here and no word. Called office and was told they had been held up and would be late. Engineer arrived around 2.5-3h late. Spent 10 mins looking at the boiler and said he couldn't service it. Something to do with it external controller and wiring. Boiler was serviced before we moved in for yrs without issue. I explained that I shouldn't have to pay for boiler service they couldn't complete. Office insisted I had to pay for a job they couldn't do.
