  Excellent service. Needed outer pane replaced - Mike came round the same day to measure and the whole thing was ordered and replaced within a week. Outstanding service at a very reasonable price.

  Replacement for double glazed windows

  Mike who arrived at the start was very professional easy to talk with, he quoted us at a very decent price for our new windows and have them installed no more than a week later. Could of been sooner but Mike had no problems on the date that I wanted the new windows to be fitted.

  I was really pleased with the service from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, everything was clearly explained, and the work was carried out to a high standard. Great value for money and a very smooth experience overall. I’d happily recommend the service to others.

  TL:DR - Fast, friendly service and very reasonable pricing. Mike and his team came my aid in spectacular fashion when a new tenant reported issues with some of the windows in the apartment. Despite the fact that it was a weekend, Mike responded to me via WhatsApp within a couple of hours, arranged to visit the apartment to diagnose the issue within a couple of days, ordered replacement hinges and had them installed within a week. Communication throughout the entire process, to both me and the tenant, was regular, transparent and friendly. Based on this experience I highly recommend Dartford

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I called Dartford Glazing and spoke to Mike, who was extremely helpful on the phone. I explained that it was an emergency, and he came out within two hours and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I had contacted several other companies beforehand, and they all told me the entire window needed replacing, which would have cost at least ten times more. Mike was honest, knowledgeable, and repaired the window instead of pushing an unnecessary replacement. Excellent service, fair pricing, and genuine workmanship. I would highly recommend Dartford Glazing to anyone.
