  TL:DR - Fast, friendly service and very reasonable pricing. Mike and his team came my aid in spectacular fashion when a new tenant reported issues with some of the windows in the apartment. Despite the fact that it was a weekend, Mike responded to me via WhatsApp within a couple of hours, arranged to visit the apartment to diagnose the issue within a couple of days, ordered replacement hinges and had them installed within a week. Communication throughout the entire process, to both me and the tenant, was regular, transparent and friendly. Based on this experience I highly recommend Dartford

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I called Dartford Glazing and spoke to Mike, who was extremely helpful on the phone. I explained that it was an emergency, and he came out within two hours and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I had contacted several other companies beforehand, and they all told me the entire window needed replacing, which would have cost at least ten times more. Mike was honest, knowledgeable, and repaired the window instead of pushing an unnecessary replacement. Excellent service, fair pricing, and genuine workmanship. I would highly recommend Dartford Glazing to anyone.

  The catch on my window was broken and I couldn’t close the window. After a short phone call and sending over a couple of photos I had a reasonable price for the part and labour costs. Within 2 hours the job was complete. Mike attended within the time frame quoted, one hour and the job was carried out efficiently. Mike was helpful and very personable. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact this family run business. Thank you for a great job.

  Replacement of double glazing unit in a porch due to condensation.

  Mike from Dartford Double glazing came back to me straight away once I sent him the photos of the window. After accepting quote (which was reasonable) Mike turn up following day took the measurements, ordered the glass and week later came back and replaced the glass. Then an invoice was a bit of surprise. The price was significantly less than in a quote (the job was more straightforward than anticipated). I will definitely use them again. Great service, job well done.

  Excellent experience with Dartford Glazing Ltd - they responded quickly to my request and were able to fix my windows within a couple of days. They were reliable and arrived within the 2 hour time window they advised they would, and they were respectful to my property and kept everything clean. The job was completed quickly and to a very high standard, would highly recommend
