Mike was brilliant. He turned up within a day of contacting him and I liked the fact I was able to show him photos prior to initial visit to get a good idea on what may need to be done. He turned up and spent a good amount of time trying to work out what the issue maybe and was honest with trying to find a solution that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg! We ordered a replacement window and he was back within the week to complete the job once window had arrived. Fastand great service. Mike is very friendly and definitely puts you at ease. Thank you and I will definitely return when needed.
