  Dan did two jobs for us (a) disconnecting a gas hob and capping off the gas supply, and (b) fixing a leaking TRV in our ASHP heating system. On both, his service and workmanship were superb. What was particularly valuable was the dialogue I had with Dan in the weeks leading up to the work, diagnosing the problem and drilling into the most appropriate solution. Dan kept me (the customer) in mind at every stage.
