Dan did two jobs for us (a) disconnecting a gas hob and capping off the gas supply, and (b) fixing a leaking TRV in our ASHP heating system. On both, his service and workmanship were superb. What was particularly valuable was the dialogue I had with Dan in the weeks leading up to the work, diagnosing the problem and drilling into the most appropriate solution. Dan kept me (the customer) in mind at every stage.

Dan did an amazing job at servicing my air source heating pump, he provided me with feedback on what he carried out and some advice going forward. He was professional and reliable and would definitely recommend him

Dan was the ideal tradesman. He knew what was required to service my heat pump and it is now running properly . The installers had left the radiators needing to be bled and the efficiency of the system had been low.

Dan came to do the annual service on my boiler. He had been called away for an emergency ,but kept me informed about the delay and still managed to fit in doing the service.
