Very good service. Would 100% recommend!!

Very disappointed with the lack of response after paying £100 for a low water pressure “survey”. It was brief and no info was provided until I chased. I confirmed on 24/09/25 that I wished to proceed with the recommended booster pump and followed up on 29/09/25 and 07/10/25. I also asked for reasonable clarification on the pump choice given the cost. As of 14/10/25 (almost 1 month!), there has still been no reply. This has delayed resolving the issue and may mean paying another plumber to repeat the survey. Poor communication, no follow-through, and not the professionalism I expected.

the toilet flash was repaired . Toilet was unblocked. Old sink was removed and new sink and tap was instaled in the toilet.

We recently had our bathroom renovated and underfloor heating installed by David, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, David was professional, reliable, and clearly experienced. He communicated everything clearly, kept the project on schedule, and delivered an amazing transformation. The attention to detail in the tiling and fittings is top-notch, and the underfloor heating has been an absolute game-changer—warm, comfortable, and perfectly installed. Highly recommend David if you’re looking for quality workmanship and someone you can trust in your home.

What impressed me most about David was not only his reliability and quality work, but the way he kept me informed about options available at different stages, as various problems were uncovered (such as rotting beams and leaks). He was willing to adapt to different situations and rather than setting an overall price at the beginning of the work, he charged me for the time actually worked, while also working quickly and thoroughly. The price, in the end, was relatively modest.

The heating engineer (David) was very efficient, professional, friendly and approachable . He identified the issue and resolved it straightway without difficulty. Any questions I.asked were answered clearly. David was considerate and ensured that he cleaned up afterwards. Overall I am very satisfied with the service provided and would definitely recommend D & E Heating services. Very reasonable priced also.
