  Bespoke Garden Games Room

  The job was to project manage / design the build of a bespoke garden games room. The room to have lighting, electrics, heating, fully insulation and bar area. All to be completed within building regulations for outbuildings. This was a big Job which involved numerous trades people, Dave managed this well and ensured we were updated at every stage of the development. We were consulted all through the job to ensure we were happy with locations of lights, plug sockets, positioning of the bar etc. The work was completed to a high standard and we are extremely pleased with the finish.

  Bathroom renovation and moving entrance door

  This job included moving the entrance door to the bathroom, brand new installation of a toilet and fitting new shower and sink. This is a very small bathroom and Dave's advice on the best use of space was greatly appreciated, enabling us to have a toilet plumed in when there was not one before. Communication throughout the project was exceptional and Dave always kept informed us of progress regularly. We are very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Dave for any renovation or building work. We have already booked Dave for the next project.

  Kitchen Installation

  Kitchen needed totally gutting & floor levelling, followed by Fit of new kitchen and decoration. Dave was a total professional from the offset, guiding us on ways forward and communicated well throughout the whole the project. All work was carried out to the highest specification, Dave kept us up to date at every stage of the work and ensured we where happy with each stage as it progressed. When there where missing items from the supplier delivery he dealt with them directly and got it all sorted out very quickly. Would highly recommend and we have already booked for further work

  Fixing settlement cracks

  We asked David to review a number of cracks that were appearing on our external walls of the porch. He was very thorough and put our minds at ease that that were only settlement cracks and gave a no pressure explanation of how he would fix them and the guarantee it would provide. After agreeing the work David was very punctual to complete the work and ensuring each stage of the repairs was completed properly. He also took the time to also conduct addition repointing around the house to keep it secure. very happy with the overall result.

  Church Work. Stage custom built and a back wall plaster boarded. Structural work in the wall fixed

  We are a Church based in Hedge End. We are so pleased with the work that has been carried out and completed. We urgently required this work to be carried out and Dave was able to start earlier than we expected. All of our church are extremely pleased with the work carried out. From start to finish there was constant communication and he was kind enough to answer any questions. They were very punctual and had no delays. We highly recommend him and his team.
