  David came out to view the project promptly and provided a quotation quickly. He always did exactly what he said he would, and organised and completed the work efficiently. The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. Great service and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

  D&D Maintenance have carried out two jobs for me A/Installing air bricks to resolve a damp issue and B/ Repainting my rendered and scruffy house, not anymore! The work was carried out efficiently, skilfully and to a high standard. The price for the work done was fair and competitive. Dealing with the company has always been straightforward and friendly. I will certainly use them again when the need arises. Highly recommended.

  Bespoke Garden Games Room

  The job was to project manage / design the build of a bespoke garden games room. The room to have lighting, electrics, heating, fully insulation and bar area. All to be completed within building regulations for outbuildings. This was a big Job which involved numerous trades people, Dave managed this well and ensured we were updated at every stage of the development. We were consulted all through the job to ensure we were happy with locations of lights, plug sockets, positioning of the bar etc. The work was completed to a high standard and we are extremely pleased with the finish.
