  Bespoke Garden Games Room

  The job was to project manage / design the build of a bespoke garden games room. The room to have lighting, electrics, heating, fully insulation and bar area. All to be completed within building regulations for outbuildings. This was a big Job which involved numerous trades people, Dave managed this well and ensured we were updated at every stage of the development. We were consulted all through the job to ensure we were happy with locations of lights, plug sockets, positioning of the bar etc. The work was completed to a high standard and we are extremely pleased with the finish.

  Bathroom renovation and moving entrance door

  This job included moving the entrance door to the bathroom, brand new installation of a toilet and fitting new shower and sink. This is a very small bathroom and Dave's advice on the best use of space was greatly appreciated, enabling us to have a toilet plumed in when there was not one before. Communication throughout the project was exceptional and Dave always kept informed us of progress regularly. We are very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Dave for any renovation or building work. We have already booked Dave for the next project.
