  From quote to completion this company were amazing. I felt comfortable dealing with them as a lone female. They were honest and listened to any concerns I had. Raymond was approachable and his team led by Ram were respectful, knowledgeable, clean and diligent in their approach to the job. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.   We had an excellent experience with Damptec. Raymond was immensely helpful, informative and forthcoming throughout the process, explaining exactly what needed to be done and why, and allaying our concerns. Their work was thorough and prompt and they left the house in fine condition, particularly considering the upheaval it entailed.

  Professional and quick to respond.

  Ray was quick to respond, polite and very helpful, checking the damp levels (which were actually fine) and tips to stop damp from affecting a cold corner of our house, which was only mildly affected. His professional nature was very reassuring. He didn't charge for popping in and checking or for any unnecessary work to be carried out.

  Damp protection.

  5* star customer service from Ray and the Damptech Team. I had an issue with Damp in my property in several locations. Damptech are Honest and Reliable. Quick and Clean job. From Survey to job completion no complaints. Great work guys. Would use again in future if needed and will recommend to my contacts.

  Damp check

  Ray surveyed my house for any potential damp issues and confirmed there are no issues in my house, he checked the areas carefully , even checked the exterior walls both front and back. I'm pleased he gave very honest opinion and did not used this as an opportunity to create business where actually no work was required. Very professional and courteous person.
