  Damptec Simply the best!

  Highly recommend Damptec. From the initial survey to the completed work, the whole experience was excellent. Ray carried out the survey and oversaw the job throughout. He was knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me real confidence in the work being done. Ram and Ed were outstanding, professional and extremely hardworking. The quality of the work was excellent and they left everything clean and tidy each day. A genuinely professional team and a company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  Excellent company

  Ray came out to survey the damp issue. We immediately felt very comfortable with him as person and as an expert in his field. We can not praise the standard of work highly enough. Having recently decorated we were worried about having to completely decorate again. There was no need to worry, the standard of workmanship was such, that remaining wallpaper on walls and celling were untouched on completion of the damproofing, boarding and skimming. Lovely lads Ram & Eddy who did the work were neat and efficient. Highly recommend Damptec.

  Approachable knowledgeable and fairly priced.

  From quote to completion this company were amazing. I felt comfortable dealing with them as a lone female. They were honest and listened to any concerns I had. Raymond was approachable and his team led by Ram were respectful, knowledgeable, clean and diligent in their approach to the job. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.   We had an excellent experience with Damptec. Raymond was immensely helpful, informative and forthcoming throughout the process, explaining exactly what needed to be done and why, and allaying our concerns. Their work was thorough and prompt and they left the house in fine condition, particularly considering the upheaval it entailed.

  Professional and quick to respond.

  Ray was quick to respond, polite and very helpful, checking the damp levels (which were actually fine) and tips to stop damp from affecting a cold corner of our house, which was only mildly affected. His professional nature was very reassuring. He didn't charge for popping in and checking or for any unnecessary work to be carried out.

  Damp protection.

  5* star customer service from Ray and the Damptech Team. I had an issue with Damp in my property in several locations. Damptech are Honest and Reliable. Quick and Clean job. From Survey to job completion no complaints. Great work guys. Would use again in future if needed and will recommend to my contacts.
