    Damp protection.

    5* star customer service from Ray and the Damptech Team. I had an issue with Damp in my property in several locations. Damptech are Honest and Reliable. Quick and Clean job. From Survey to job completion no complaints. Great work guys. Would use again in future if needed and will recommend to my contacts.

    Damp check

    Ray surveyed my house for any potential damp issues and confirmed there are no issues in my house, he checked the areas carefully , even checked the exterior walls both front and back. I'm pleased he gave very honest opinion and did not used this as an opportunity to create business where actually no work was required. Very professional and courteous person.

    Replastering of damp damaged plaster

    We had major damp problem in the house due to roof, render failure and rising damp. We had work in three areas of the house this time round, previously in four. The craftsmen used appropriate dustproof sheets to contain the dust, stopping it spreading to the rest of the house. At the end of each day, they tried to tidy up after themselves as best as can be done mid job. The time taken to complete the work was accurate. This was not the cheapest quote but you pay for quality, so the job is done once, to a high standard and finish and is guaranteed for 5 years. Happy to use again in future

    Dependable, stress free solutions for Home Damp Issues

    After a disappointing experience with previous builders, we were relieved to find Damptec (Midlands) Limited. Ray, the surveyor explained the causes of our rising damp and condensation issues clearly and gave us detailed quotation. His team (Ram and Eddie) were respectful, friendly & maintained a very tidy workplace. The damp proof course and plastering in the front room, plus condensation control in bedrooms and bathrooms, were completed to a high standard. We were happy to pay promptly on completion. We would confidently recommend Damptec to anyone needing damp proofing done properly.

    Advise and work done on damp proofing

    We needed advice on the current state of our house for damp proofing and Damptec confirmed which walls were already proofed and which ones would benefit from it. They were very easy to deal with and responded to calls and messages quickly. Would definitely recommend Damptec for damp proofing advice and work!
