Ray, the Head Surveyor, was very professional from start to finish explaining what the job required and providing a clear quotation. He answered all my queries before the job was started. When the job was completed, he rang to ensure everything had been carried out to my complete satisfaction before invoicing. Ram and Joe who completed the work were very courteous and considerate sealing off the area where the work was undertaken, explaining what was happening and clearing up when finishing- they were a pleasure to have in the home.

The company was recommended by friends after their positive experience. Ray came to the house and following a survey put forward a package of measures to deal with the damp problem, which was caused by rising damp. Although I have no recent experience of this type of work, I thought the price was reasonable, given what was involved. The work was carried out quickly, professionally and the house was left clean and tidy. I would recommend this company.
