A survey covering persistent damp problems.

We have had a very longstanding problem with visible damp patches on one of the chimney breasts in our Victorian house. We sought advice from several contractors, but couldn’t seem to get a credible diagnosis of the issues. The survey process itself was excellent. Simon swiftly diagnosed the problems and was able to explain them in a clear and simple manner, which we could readily understand. Simon’s explanations of the likely solutions were also set out very helpfully. Overall, we were extremely happy with the outcomes of the survey and would highly recommend Damp Surveys Ltd.

Survey of damp in property.

Simon was extremely thorough and is clearly knowledgeable about sources of damp. He spent a couple of hours at my property, and wrote a very clear report about his findings with recommendations about what to do. Our experience was really positive and quite different from the brief visits from damp proofing companies who've come round, had a quick look, and then told me to get expensive damp proof courses done. Would definitely recommend Simon.
