Frass found on Close Boarding roof. Borate insecticide correctly applied before survey.

High condensation around shower area. Main cause was inadequate kitchen and bathroom ventilation - and unusually cold surfaces. Using capacitance damp meter and thermal imaging camera, able to identify cause of cold internal wall, as due to change in brickwork on the outside.
Damp internal wall on ground and first floor. Cause identified as leak from guttering.
