Dry rot underfloor - previous treatment failed to treat the source of damp

So they say damp can rise up to 2 meters?
Frass found on Close Boarding roof. Borate insecticide correctly applied before survey.
Photo shows 1 of 6 issues with property, all resolvable for minimal time an effort. Lender released funds for exchange. Here the finishing plaster had been applied too quickly, resulting in sulphate salts. Easy clean-up and repaint.

High condensation around shower area. Main cause was inadequate kitchen and bathroom ventilation - and unusually cold surfaces. Using capacitance damp meter and thermal imaging camera, able to identify cause of cold internal wall, as due to change in brickwork on the outside.
