  Having carried out a level 2 survey on a property we put an offer on, we were informed that they believed there was damp in the property. Damp surveyors carried out an extensive damp survey with thermal readings of the property and made us more confident of our purchase. Thank you for your speedy and informative service.

  mould inspection

  I cannot speak more highly of Damp Surveyors Ltd. I was worried that I had mould in my home, causing breathing difficulties and wanted to contact a relevant company. I felt that some company's were charging the earth but Aran of Damp Surveyors laid out a very reasonable price and was the real deal from the outset, genuine and caring. Jake Fitzgerald contacted me and agreed a convenient time to visit. he was so wonderful, diligent, professional, and skilled and turned the report around swiftly with great suggestions. We could not have asked for better. Thank you Aran and Jake - excellent!

  Conducted an independent damp survey.

  Aran & Jake were friendly & professional throughout. Jake undertook the survey and was very thorough. He explained things as he went through the inspection and produced a report quickly. Following receipt, I had to seek further details from him in order to ensure that I could commission a Contractor with the requisite knowledge & skills. Jake took extra time to discuss specific details and clarify issues for me. I was very pleased with Damp Surveyors Ltd service and aftercare.

  I couldn’t be happier with the service from Damp Surveyors LTD. The surveyor was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Their use of thermal imaging was impressive and helped identify hidden damp issues that I wasn’t aware of. The report was detailed and easy to understand. Highly recommend!
