Having carried out a level 2 survey on a property we put an offer on, we were informed that they believed there was damp in the property. I cannot speak more highly of Damp Surveyors Ltd. I was worried that I had mould in my home, causing breathing difficulties and wanted to contact a relevant company. Aran & Jake were friendly & professional throughout. Jake undertook the survey and was very thorough. He explained things as he went through the inspection and produced a report quickly. Following receipt, I had to seek further details from him in order to ensure that I could commission a Contractor with the requisite knowledge & skills.
