  Faultless service from start to finish!

  Had a complete damp course throughout the house. Luke came out to do the initial survey. He was fantastic from start to finish- really personable, professional and competent. He explained everything very thoroughly and ensured we knew/understood exactly what work was needed. Lee and the team who carried out the work are a credit to the company- really lovely and trustworthy people. They left the house very tidy once the work was done. Communication with the wider team (June and Becky) was also very professional and friendly. Absolutely cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you:)

  Excellent communications, information and workmanship

  Excellent communications and information from the first phone call through to the completion of the work. Luke who came out to survey the property thoroughly explained what the damp problems were, and how they had been caused. He then guided me through what would be required, how this would be done, and how this would prevent an re-occurrence in the future. The 2 guys on the day of the work were polite, and very effective at containing the old plasterwork dust as much as they could, using clothes and floor coverings. The completed work was to a very high standard. Thoroughly recommended !!

  Excellent in every detail. Very prompt initial response for our rising damp problem. Survey and quotation was carried out efficiently by pleasant and knowledgeable staff, who explained exactly what work was needed and why. The time to carrying out the job from order was perfect to our requirement and the work was done to a high standard as described in the quote. Overall we were very pleased with the work.

  They came, they saw, they sorted.

  I was very happy with the process from start to finish, they came out and checked where I had found issues, explained to me why, how it could be rectified and what they could do to resolve the issue. Booking in was straight forward, they arrived on the day, on time, polite and cracked on, they were respectful to my house and finished the job with no issues and no drama. This is the kind of service you want and the kind I would be happy to go back to if I do find anymore issues in my house

  We were really pleased with DPS from Stuart’s thorough survey to Dave and Lee on the day. Stuart explained things carefully which we appreciated.
