  Professional service received from start to finish, by initial contact on phone, to person who came to investigate and quote, to the workmen that carried out the job. They did what they said they would do, on time and fit the price quoted. Would recommend willingly.

  Quality of actual work good, everything else shockingly bad

  Sadly the work done has been massively undermined by damage done to my property, which the company failed to acknowledge or take responsibility for. The sales pitch oversells what state the place will be left in, and the customer service when trying to deal with this is shocking to say the least. I’m sure the work itself is good, but I shouldn’t be left with damage, a much bigger mess than I was promised, sockets hanging out (when I specifically checked if these would go back in) and incredibly disrespectful customer service.

  Rising damp rectification

  Turned up promptly on the agreed date. Explained the work to me, it was completed to a high standard and all mess cleaned and taken away. Extremely professional service.

  Damp Proofing

  I had issues with damp in two of my downstairs rooms. After contacting the company, a survey was done of the areas requiring attention, it was carried out professionally and I was given all the information needed to explain the cause of the problem. The quote given was reasonable and work started very quickly. The team who came to do the work arrived on time, were friendly, and worked efficiently and with great care to cover up and protect living areas from dust, and tidied up brilliantly! I was really impressed with the company from start to finish and would highly recommend them.

  Rising damp

  Large damp patch appeared in our front room. Sent a message via check a trade and we were contacted immediately. Paid £90 for the initial assessment to be carried out. They came at a time to fit with us and were punctual. A thorough investigation was completed and this was followed by a quotation. We felt the quote was reasonable for the work being suggested. You could probably find a jack if all trades to do it cheaper but we are happy to pay more for the reassurance of specialists, experience and a professional service. Job was completed, all was left tidy and 4 months later it's still dry.
