    Professional work

    DPS were similarly professional as when they last performed work at my house. They arrived promptly, early in the morning, and a sizeable amount of work was complete by early afternoon. It looked expertly done and their staff were curious and polite. Please be aware that fixtures like skirting board were not reattached, and if DPS wished to further improve their service, this would be appreciated.

    Reliable service

    We've recently purchased a property with a hidden damp problem. We were really worried about the treatment and the time it would take to complete. From the moment I've met Luke for a quote right through to completion of work, everyone behaved in a very professional manner. Luke was able to squeeze us into their busy schedule. The process of treating our damp issue was explained in detail. The communication with the office was second to none. The finished effect is obviously yet to be determined, but the house was left in the condition as expected and new plaster is looking good.
