I asked Klodian to survey my kitchen's damp in the external wall after already having two previous guys looking at this. The wall had cracks. He came up with few alternative solutions, explained the trade-offs of quality and price. Unlike previous guys I felt he's really trying to come up with best solution for my budget, and indeed I gave him the job: scrape off old paint, apply salt neutralise to dry off the affected area, fill in cracks with filler and repaint with breathable exterior. My main skills are Damp proofing - waterproofing, specialist plastering. Treatments of rising damp, water ingress, condensation control, dry rot - wet rot and wood worm. My work comes professional and at high quality standards.

I have over 20 years experience in the construction industry and my last job was working for a damp proofing and water proofing company called Sovereign Specialist Services Ltd. I worked for this company for 4 years, Sovereign Specialist is the main Damp proofing contractors for Islington council and qualified members holding CSSW and PSA certificates.
Most of my damp proofing work has taken place in Islington (borough), Bromley (Kent borough), Fulham, Chelsea, Croydon (Surrey) and other areas.
I have completed a large number of council properties as well as private tenants.
My work has included treatments of rising damp, water ingress, injunction cream, timber treatments, dry rot, condensation control, i also got waterproofing experience as i have completed works on basements and volts.
My goal is to archive high quality work by applying high quality products as this will reassure a long lasting job.
I got high quality damp proofing meter Surveyors Master that i can identify damp weather it is rising damp or water ingress. I was also given a damp proofing meter by the previous waterproofing company that i use to work for so i could identify other issues that were missed during the survey in the properties, while i had to carry out work on my own initiative. The company had full trust on my work as they knew, i don’t like to cut corners and always get the job done right and honestly. Also my jobs had never come back to the company with issues. For this reason i was highly recommended by the council and the tenants too.
Please note that i have been working with a damp proofing CSSW and PSA supervisor and surveyors for 4 years day in and day out, up to 3 different properties a week but i am not a fully qualified surveyor to give you a full damp report. I can investigate and let you know based on my own experience with water proofing. If you want it a Surveyors paper written report than you will need to find else where for further details. I can also carry out work based on other reports depending if everything is stated right.
