  Identifying cause of mould

  Klodian is an extremely punctual and reliable person. Not only that but his communication is fantastic - he takes the time to explain everything properly. He identified the cause of my mould and fixed everything. He is also a really genuine and nice person on top. I couldn’t recommend Klodian enough!

  I can’t praise Klodian more highly. When assessing the damp problems he took great care to find the cause of both patches. He was polite and friendly and his quote was extremely fair. When he returned to do the job he constantly communicated with me in terms of progress and next steps. He went above and beyond expectations by repairing pointing that wasn’t part of the brief but could cause problems down the line - at no extra charge. I would definitely use Klodian again and highly recommend him to anyone else.

  Mold and damp repair, re plaster and bath fix

  Klodian was excellent from start to finish. He quickly identified the source of the damp and mould, which immediately put me at ease as I was feeling very anxious about it. He talked me through the process, costs, and best solutions clearly and honestly, which was incredibly reassuring. During the work, the team were polite, professional, kept me updated throughout, and left the house spotless. The job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Klodian again and would highly recommend him

  Skilled and knowledgeable

  Klodian is quick, polite and thorough. He fixed our guttering for us, and then when it looked like there were further issues he very promptly came and resolved it for us (due to a problem with the neighbouring property's guttering -- not anything to do with Klodian's work). Would definitely recommend, thank you very much Klodian!

  A star contractor for damp and mould treatment

He stands out in three respects: 1, the quality of his work is excellent (both in identification and treatment dampness and mould); 2, honesty and transparency (the quote is super clear and choice of high quality products); 3, great communications.   Remedial damproofing work

  I wish I could give Klodian 20 out of 10 for his work! It’s been an absolute pleasure having him on the job. He was happy to do a second visit to discuss further options for treating an area in our bedroom that was prone to condensation and mould. He provided a clear and reasonable quote along with thorough explanations of the work involved, both before and during the process. He was punctual, polite, respectful, and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Klodian or use his services again in the future.
