Klodian was excellent from start to finish. He quickly identified the source of the damp and mould, which immediately put me at ease as I was feeling very anxious about it. He talked me through the process, costs, and best solutions clearly and honestly, which was incredibly reassuring. During the work, the team were polite, professional, kept me updated throughout, and left the house spotless. The job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Klodian is quick, polite and thorough. He fixed our guttering for us, and then when it looked like there were further issues he very promptly came and resolved it for us (due to a problem with the neighbouring property's guttering -- not anything to do with Klodian's work). I wish I could give Klodian 20 out of 10 for his work! It’s been an absolute pleasure having him on the job. He was happy to do a second visit to discuss further options for treating an area in our bedroom that was prone to condensation and mould. He provided a clear and reasonable quote along with thorough explanations of the work involved, both before and during the process. He was punctual, polite, respectful, and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Klodian or use his services again in the future.

I asked Klodian to survey my kitchen's damp in the external wall after already having two previous guys looking at this. The wall had cracks. He came up with few alternative solutions, explained the trade-offs of quality and price. Unlike previous guys I felt he's really trying to come up with best solution for my budget, and indeed I gave him the job: scrape off old paint, apply salt neutralise to dry off the affected area, fill in cracks with filler and repaint with breathable exterior. In the few days where he carried out the work, he came on time, was very pleasant and did a great job.
