George was fantastic from day 1. Contacted me regarding my issue within an hour. Had me send some pictures across for him to review and he then arranged an appointment to attend the property straight away. Communications from start to finish were brilliant, and absolutely would recommend this company as he was completely honest and informed us how to deal with our issue without all the added cost. George was an absolute dream from start to finish. His communication was excellent and we agreed a time swiftly for him to look at our loft with damp issue that had gotten worse. Having had two quotes at £500 and £700, George quickly identified existing vents (that others had quoted to install) that had been covered by rock wool and advised on a solution at no cost whatsoever. His honesty wonderfully refreshing and his professionalism on all fronts was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, came the next day to my house to investigate my concerns of a damp issue. To my relief no damp was found. They were very helpful and offered advice on how to prevent damp issues. Very friendly and above all honest.

We ently hired Dampmaster West of Scotland and Isles to deal with a persistent damp issue caused by water ingress. They identified the problem was with our old roughcasting. From the initial survey, the team was professional and explained the process clearly. On the day of the work, they arrived exactly when they said they would. They were polite, got straight to work, and did an excellent job of protecting the surrounding area. The quality of the roughcasting repair is brilliant, and they left the property spotless afterward, which was a huge bonus.
