  George was fantastic from day 1. Contacted me regarding my issue within an hour. Had me send some pictures across for him to review and he then arranged an appointment to attend the property straight away. Communications from start to finish were brilliant, and absolutely would recommend this company as he was completely honest and informed us how to deal with our issue without all the added cost. Top man, cheers George
