Very pleased the the damp survey very thorough, David was very friendly and helpful! The fitting of the PIV unit was very quick and the guys were very nice and cleaned up after them.

What an amazing company!! I received a 50 page survey document with all the problems identified (Dave the Surveyor was so friendly & professional) - We agreed to proceed with all works which was external lime & silicone rendering with internal ventilation systems. We are absolutely over the moon with the workmanship and professional from Dampmaster SouthWales & Bristol. Highly recommend this team - So friendly and happy to help. A joy to work with. Clear instructions from Dampmaster, when arrangements were made for the damp survey to be done. Survey easy to understand, and the workmen turned up when the work was sanctioned. Answered all questions of a technical and practical nature. Very professional and took the stress of our situation in the house.

Fast and smooth booking process. Surveyor arrived on time and did a detailed and professional inspection on the property with his special equipment. First outside and then room-by-room including the loft. 2 days later I've got sent an extremely detailed damp-report with recommendations based on priority, including potential costs. 10/10 worth it as you will know exactly for real if and what kind of work/repairs are needed.
