David was lovely and carried out a thorough investigation of the damp in the room, the guys that carried out the work were lovely to speak to. They were great when I was working in between night shifts leaving me to sleep and even put up with my loud dog. The work was completed in a professional manner, the room looks new and fresh. I will definitely be using them again.

We went to DampMaster based on their positive reviews. They did not disappoint: booked in a survey with David (who is awesome), and he was extremely thorough, documented everything and took me through his findings as he moved through the house. We received an extremely comprehensive but easy to understand survey report, including recommended remedial work and associated costs. This triggered a more intrusive survey and again we have received the same level of service. We will be using DampMaster for all remedial works as I completely trust their competence, customer service and quality of work

We had some damp work carried out to our Edwardian home last year - in our kitchen, living room, dining room, hall and kitchen. Whilst the work was not completed without challenges along the way, David managed the project sympathetically and professionally. We are happy with the end result and the damp has not returned.

We had some issues with blown render on the front of the property. We got a few quotes and Dampmaster were competitive. They handled pretty much everything from start to finish. There was a high level of communication and we always felt informed on progress, timescales and any issues. Dom and the team were polite, professional and respectful. To be honest, it was as pleasure having them on-site. The work was done to schedule, despite some weather delays and when we need to render the rear of the property we will definitely give them a call. Highly recommended!

Very professional from start to finish. Really detailed report providing several options suiting various budgets to solve an ongoing problem not identified from other so called damp proof experts. No selling pressure whatsoever. Work carried out professionally by a really good team.
