  I cannot recommend this service highly enough. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, clear, timely, and professional throughout. The report itself was outstanding and exceptionally thorough. It was packed with detailed explanations, clear photographs, practical recommendations, and a quote on remedial works. Everything was presented in a way that was easy to understand while still being extremely comprehensive. David Reed was exceptional to deal with. He is highly knowledgeable, approachable, and took the time to explain his findings clear. Highly recommend.
