Throughout the whole process we had great communication from the office, who were very responsive and understanding of our requests. The work was carried out with care and looks professional now complete. There was a slight element missed, but once reported they came straight back to resolve it. Very helpful from quote to the finished job, nothing to much trouble and I call several times with questions, my neighbour also commented on how the gents who carried out the work had been polite and chatted explained that the noise would be over soon.
