Damp Care Midlands were fantastic! I received a thorough quote from them regarding a house I was purchasing with damp issues. The quote explained everything in detail, I knew exactly what I was paying for. It was also very reasonably priced. It took a while for my house purchase to go through, but I contacted Julie as soon as it did, and she booked me in within the same week! The gents who did the work were very polite and courteous and did a phenomenal job. Works were carried out back in October, and it's holding up well in the winter weather, no more damp smell! Highly recommend!

Throughout the whole process we had great communication from the office, who were very responsive and understanding of our requests. The work was carried out with care and looks professional now complete. There was a slight element missed, but once reported they came straight back to resolve it. The 20 year guarantee also proves this is a legitimate company who want to do a good job.
