I live in an old mid terraced house which has been gradually suffering from damp and condensation. I realised it wasn’t healthy in both upstairs bedrooms. I had previously asked other companies to look but they only wanted to sell very expensive equipment and tried to pressure sell. I know the electric system is old, but the surveyor was very understanding of what I asked for and suggested fitting of 2 breathing bricks. Before the job the communication with the office was excellent , the quote was carried out & all the job requirements were explained in great detail & the price quoted was very reasonable. The lads who came out to do the job were very professional & carried out the job in one day to a very high standard.
