From the start to finish of the process it was done with professionalism. Clear communications and instructions on the follow up procedure. The workforce are very considerate towards the environment and surroundings. Very pleasant and helpful with again advice with redecorating and care of the product. Left everything neat and tidy.

I cannot speak high enough of Damp2Dry. The process from start to finish was professional, cost effective and the employees are highly knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. We were initially booked in for an appointment to review the issue. This was followed promptly with an official quote containing all of the information about the issue and statement of works that would occur on the day. It was this detail and reporting that made them stand out above the rest. On the days, they were early, efficient and great guys who knew there trade. Prompts to Brian and Oliver.

Damp2Dry were excellent. They came out quickly to assess my damp bedroom wall, gave me an in depth quote with recommendations and then came and finished the work quickly. I didn't feel pressured at all. I now have a wonderfully damp free wall and some new guttering. They have been very helpful on the phone and the price seemed very reasonable.
