Damp2Dry a easy company to deal with, very helpful fitted me in when sooner than i was first told they could do. work carried out on time with the minimum of mess. A good well done

From initial survey by Jason to completion by Ryand and Tom Damp2Dry have made the process easy with regular communication from Ruth throughout. The job area increased but was still completed within the allotted time apart from the external element due to the weather. This was however completed very shortly after when weather improved. Ryan and Tom worked hard and were a pleasure to deal with.

Genuinely great experience with Damp2Dry! Gave them a ring as I had a few damp issues in the house. A survey was quickly arranged, all solutions were well explained and a reasonable quote was sent shortly after. Booking in for the work was simple and they managed to get out to me quicker than I anticipated. The work itself was undertaken very efficiently, with every effort made to keep the house tidy. Really good communication and friendly service at all times - especially from Ruth, my main point of contact who was a massive help! 100% recommend!

All ok until after the work was finished. The workmen left a skirting board unattached. It was behind furniture so I didn’t see it. The director of the company came to see it . He just looked at it and said that they don’t usually leave work like that. My decorator put it right not the original workers. The guarantee is worthless. Am disappointed in them. Have only heard from them after I contacted them again. The director thought it was ok seeing as my decorator had sorted out their issue.

Excellent service from start to finish. No hesitation recommending this company. Tidy proffesional aaaaaaaaààaaaaaaatradesman who went above and beyond and who left the job spotless at the end of every working day.

I found the gentleman who completed the work on my home to be respectful and there work was excellent.
