Excellent response time and service and affordable price! Ethan very kindly came to the rescue on Christmas eve to check what I thought was a malfunctioning oven thermostat after I accidentally knocked it while cleaning the oven. I'm ever so grateful! Their communication is also commendable and they kept me updated every step of the way. I have contacted this trader and after running a very short inspection he told me the fridge sensor needs changing and he replaced it however the fridge didn't work. He ran another inspection and told me the problem wasn't the sensor but I need to change the door rubber sealing and he told me he will come back after 2 days to complete the job. After 2 days he texted me to apologize and offered me a refund however yet after many texts he didn't refund my money back.
