Great company they fixed my washing machine inside 3 days. The engineer was very polite. Highly recommend. I have no doubt I’ll be using this company in the future.

I have contacted this trader and after running a very short inspection he told me the fridge sensor needs changing and he replaced it however the fridge didn't work. He ran another inspection and told me the problem wasn't the sensor but I need to change the door rubber sealing and he told me he will come back after 2 days to complete the job. After 2 days he texted me to apologize and offered me a refund however yet after many texts he didn't refund my money back. I warn you all to deal with these company

Ethan attempted a diagnostic on the washing machine and determined that the controller board was faulty and could not be repaired. I have since purchased a replacement.
