Dishwasher repair completed efficiently and successfully

Replaced the pump in my dishwasher which had stopped draining. Assessed and diagnosed issue. Office text to ask if I wanted to proceed and agreed with the price,. Asked for Josiah to come the following day after 2pm instead of the following week as discussed. No response from the office but Josiah came after 2pm so he must have received the message but the office didn't confirm with me. Excellent repair and reasonable cost. Done in a timely manner and showed me the faulty part which was clearly broken. Communication from the office needs to improve as also had to chase up initial call out
