DA Gas have a great booking platform and on the day you get a text update to narrow down the time the engineer will arrive. The engineer I had - Daniel was very smart in the DA Gas uniform, very polite and personable and spotted a small issue that should have been picked up by the service done previously a year ago by a different company.
