They arrived on time and removed the old tap and fitted the new one, all done very efficiently with great communication from the initial moment of making the booking through to completion and charged as per the original quote so no hidden extras. i have used the services of DA Gas on numerous occasions over the last few years and have found them to be very reliable and a pleasure to deal with so I have no problems in recommending them.

I called DA. They had a plumber called Danny with me within 1 hour. He had both jobs completed within 1 hour. DA never ever let me down and I couldnt recommend them highly enough to anyone. They are just brilliant.

I received a reminder that the service was due and an appointment was arranged. The day before I received a text reminder and on the day a text saying the engineer was on his way,service was completed fine no problems the engineer was very polite.

2nd time in last 3 months of using DA Gas & Plumbing so certain my first great experience (replacement boiler) wasn’t a fluke! This time a faulty shower was diagnosed with the correct replacement cartridge and the item sourced and fitted in a timely manner. Again all the contact with DA was great, including communications and estimates to know what was going on in the process and costs. The fitting was superb with an efficient and tidy service provided on site. All the DA staff care about what they do and that equates to a great customer experience.
