  Highly recommended Architect

  We were looking for an Architect who could assist us with our home renovation project. As first timers to this kind of project, we were extremely grateful to find Keith who provided a calm, measured approach to our project. Keith listened to our ideas and brought them to life with some great plans. Various options / drawings were provided and meetings were set up to discuss any required amendments. Keith is responsive and always available to discuss any issues. Keith also recommended our structural engineer & building contractor. We can’t recommend D84 highly enough!

  Downstairs redesign to create kitchen, bathroom and utility

  Keith was excellent. He came highly recommended which is why we chose him. He listened to our wishes and dreams for our new home. He had good ideas and suggestions and came up with workable solutions to some design challenges. He answered call and emails promptly and work was done in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the final plans and the builder was able to follow the designs no problem. We are delighted with the outcome, it is everything we hoped for.

  Extension Plans

  From the very beginning Keith was very professional with all the elements required for our extension. Offering 3 options and guiding us with the pros and cons for each option. All the drawings provided were very informative and easy to follow. The guidelines for the time frame for each stage through to planning approval went smoothly

  Garden room extension drawings

  I contacted Keith via email, prompt response and site visit. I was emailed details of the process and pricing prior site visit. Once the initial visit was complete, Kieth arranged the second visit where all the measurements and details were taken. At this point the design is still flexible, so any changes can still be made. The design was completed and submitted it to the local authority where it was approved a couple of weeks after . A detailed description of works and drawings were provided, I could then provide to builders. Keith was polite, punctual, friendly and efficient, thank you

  Ground Floor Extension

  We have worked over a period of time with Keith to secure local authority approval for our ground floor extension project. Throughout Keith has been very professional, well-organised, responsive and helpful in guiding us through the various stages. With this support, we secured the necessary approvals and are now in a position to engage a local contractor and proceed with the build phase. Given our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending Keith to others seeking Architectural Services.
