From the very beginning Keith was very professional with all the elements required for our extension. Offering 3 options and guiding us with the pros and cons for each option. All the drawings provided were very informative and easy to follow. The guidelines for the time frame for each stage through to planning approval went smoothly

I contacted Keith via email, prompt response and site visit. I was emailed details of the process and pricing prior site visit. Once the initial visit was complete, Kieth arranged the second visit where all the measurements and details were taken. At this point the design is still flexible, so any changes can still be made. The design was completed and submitted it to the local authority where it was approved a couple of weeks after . A detailed description of works and drawings were provided, I could then provide to builders. Keith was polite, punctual, friendly and efficient, thank you
