From the first meeting to the last invoice the whole team have been amazing. Great communication, really helpful advice and fantastic landscaping team. The work was carried out with great understanding to the people around our building as our building is on a corner of a fairly busy road. The team were always early and kept the area tidy. Cutting of 2 big trees in our front garden, which have TPO on them. Competitive quote provided and promise of taking forward Planning Permission request. Regular contact from company throughout process, and work carried out on agreed date, with Planning being obtained. Their team did a fantastic job, and cleared up all the debris. From quote to completion we were impressed with the company ethos and every interaction. Andy is a great front man and gave us such a good feeling about undertaking the work in our garden and Georgina was always delight to talk to. We were assigned Eddie to lead the project and we cannot speak highly enough about his passion and craftsmanship. He lead his team through the gruelling early autumn rain and still delivered a fabulous finished product. Funding training at Capel Manor, Merrist Wood & Nescott college producing some of the best craftsmen in South London & Surrey. This endeavour was recognised and allowed Andrew Cudd & Cypress Garden Services Ltd entry to the Institute of Horticulture , The Gardeners Guild, The Guild of Master Craftsmen & of course Checkatrade.
We now have a five van team ready to take on any task no matter how big or small applying excellent attention to detail! We provide the best in Horticultural & Arboricultural services day in & day out!
Even our senior staff still attend more modern courses, refresher courses and so on to ensure we are applying the best practices & can always offer the best service possible.
