Hassle free, competitively priced. Exceptional comms, responded within an hour at most! Highly recommended. Had a slight issue (variation in height of one of the hedges) after work was done- they came back within a couple of days and dealt with it- sign of a quality team and business that cares about their reputation.

We had a disaster late on Christmas Eve when one of our mature horse chestnuts came down. Luckily, no-one was hurt and property damage was minimal. Cypress were closed for the holidays but Andy picked up the missed emergency call and got their team out next working day to clear the site. They also gave a detailed analysis of the cause of the failure and recommended actions for ensuring the safety of our remaining mature trees. I had them in to do some Tree Work and later to do some fencing. Both teams were very reliable and responsible and did exactly what we wanted with no hesitation to please us.

I chose this company through a Check a trade review. I am pleased to say that it was the best thing that I did. After a phone call to Georgina, Andy arrived and gave me an estimate. we agreed the price and the men turned up fully uniformed, ready for work 8.00 am regardless of weather and worked till late afternoon, the time scale quoted at the start and finish was on time. Excellent workmanship, checked we were happy and of course finished to a very good standard
