  Loft extension, kitchen refit and damp proofing

  We worked with CWK on a three month project including loft extension, new bathroom and refit of dining room and kitchen and I cannot recommend them enough! From Charlie to the incomparable Jeff, every single member of the team was kind, considerate and went out of their way to make the entire process as smooth as possible. At every stage we were kept informed, their work was second to one and always done with a smile. They even popped out our bins every week! That is real service and professionalism! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending CWK as you will find no better. Bravo to all!

  Review for CWK Building Contractors - House Renovation Southsea

  Charlie and the CWK team recently completed a full renovation of my home, including a new kitchen, bathroom, utility room, and converting my conservatory into a proper extension with bi-fold doors. The quality of their work is excellent —everything was finished to a very high standard. The team was professional, reliable, and kept me updated throughout the project.   A job well done

  Very tidy and workmanship excellent. This was a small job to improve the caulking around a plastic framed window which will hopefully prevent driving rain entering at sill level. Time will tell. Provision of quote and follow up excellent.

  The in-laws Annexe

  Charlie and the team have done an amazing job on the in-laws annexe. They are moving into something that is so incredibly cosy and stylish. Every body that views it is so impressed with the spec, especially the bathroom. The great thing is when you are in it, you don’t even think you are in an annexe, they have managed to create a real home feel for a small space. The team are great (my wife wants to adopt Jeff). Very professional, helpful and polite. We definitely recommend them and will be using them for the long list of work we have in the future.

  Trustworthy & honest advice

  I was given great, honest advice which saved me time and money. The builder was happy to come and have a look and advised on options that I could do myself, instead of creating a job for the sake of it. If I need building work carried out in the future, I would definitely contact CWK Properties.
