  The in-laws Annexe

  Charlie and the team have done an amazing job on the in-laws annexe. They are moving into something that is so incredibly cosy and stylish. Every body that views it is so impressed with the spec, especially the bathroom. The great thing is when you are in it, you don’t even think you are in an annexe, they have managed to create a real home feel for a small space. The team are great (my wife wants to adopt Jeff). Very professional, helpful and polite. We definitely recommend them and will be using them for the long list of work we have in the future.

  Trustworthy & honest advice

  I was given great, honest advice which saved me time and money. The builder was happy to come and have a look and advised on options that I could do myself, instead of creating a job for the sake of it. If I need building work carried out in the future, I would definitely contact CWK Properties.

  Complete lounge room refurbishment restoring original features

  A lovely professional team performed varied jobs to refurbish and improve my lounge room. Floors were insulated from the underneath and original wooden floorboards were then sanded and coated with vanish highlighting wood in its glory. Electricity sockets moved, a new radiator installed. Ceiling and walls repaired, plastered, walls soundproofed, then painted. Original coving restored. Works were well organized and managed, with rubbish being taken away regularly and keeping space tidy. Really pleased with the outcome, was nice to restore original house features along with improvements made.

  Very reliable company. Recommended

  This is the second time we’ve used this firm and once again they were excellent. The job was more complicated than anyone anticipated but this did not deter them and it was completed to a very high standard. Everyone worked really hard in difficult conditions as we were in a heatwave. Special mention to Geoff (coffee white one sugar) and Steve (tea white no sugar leave the tea bag in the cup) who did the lion’s share of the work Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them
