The team of builders are very friendly, extremely competent and always clean up after themselves. They are willing to go the extra mile and are a joy to have in the house. Communication is excellent.

We purchased a dated property requiring a five-month renovation and were introduced to Charlie and the CWK team through a trusted friend. Their recommendation was spot on—the quality of work exceeded expectations, with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Communication was seamless, and the team was understanding and kind, especially with our young children. The tradespeople created a warm, welcoming environment, and our kids even grew fond of them. We highly recommend CWK and hope to have them back soon for our garden project.

The entire team was fantastic to work with, and Charlie's organizational skills were truly excellent. He managed the project seamlessly, making the whole experience stress-free. Exceptional communication and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. They ensured everything was perfect, even down to the smallest finishing touches. The team was incredibly punctual, arriving on time every day, and they diligently cleaned up the workspace before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Fantastic work to repair chimney support and stitch a supporting wall. Great communication with Charlie throughout giving us regular updates on the progress and explaining the different stages of the work. Jeff and Steve did a terrific job, super reliable and friendly and did a thorough clean up at the end of each day. We were nervous about embarking on such a big and potentially messy job but we needn’t have been worried. CWK were superb and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic job on an our new property, including extension, bathroom, kitchen etc. All the different trade people that worked on our house were very polite, approachable, helpful and capable.
