CWK were recommended by a friend who had used them for some work at their house. So pleased they were recommended. They carried out the work (garden room and bathroom refurb) to a really high standard. The whole process was explained at every step by Charlie who as well as working on site oversaw the whole project. The site was left clean after everydays work. All of the different trades involved were very experienced and all very polite. The whole process was stress free with CWK which from previous experience of using other builders is not the case. I would highly recommend CWK

I had a small store attached to the side of the property for my mobility scooter. I was so pleased with the work I gave a top review. The next time it rained I had some leaks so contacted Charlie & repairs were carried out but this didn't solve the problem so I contacted them again & more repair work was done. Unfortunately I still have leaks on every side & the door is still sticking but when I rang again was informed, very firmly, that no more work would be done. I am now in the position of finding, & paying another builder to carry out the remedial work.

We worked with CWK on a three month project including loft extension, new bathroom and refit of dining room and kitchen and I cannot recommend them enough! From Charlie to the incomparable Jeff, every single member of the team was kind, considerate and went out of their way to make the entire process as smooth as possible. At every stage we were kept informed, their work was second to one and always done with a smile. They even popped out our bins every week! That is real service and professionalism! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending CWK as you will find no better. Bravo to all!

Charlie and the CWK team recently completed a full renovation of my home, including a new kitchen, bathroom, utility room, and converting my conservatory into a proper extension with bi-fold doors. The quality of their work is excellent —everything was finished to a very high standard. The team was professional, reliable, and kept me updated throughout the project. They delivered on time and within budget, and the transformation has exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend CWK to anyone looking for skilled and trustworthy contractors.

Very tidy and workmanship excellent. This was a small job to improve the caulking around a plastic framed window which will hopefully prevent driving rain entering at sill level. Time will tell. Provision of quote and follow up excellent.
