  Greg was very knowledgeable and had a great solutions based approach to solving issues. He arrived promptly and completed the work quickly whilst also taking the time to answer general queries we had about our boiler and heating and hot water system. Will definitely use him again in the future.

  F27 Error on Vaillant Gas Boiler

  Gas boiler showing error and would not reset. After insepction and trying to repaid, recommended replacing PCB. He organised the part, collected and replaced in under two ours.

  Gas boiler repair - PCB replacement

  A gradually more often recurring fault code, previously advised that most likely cause was PCB on the blink. On the day, confirmed, went to get the new replacement board and installed, all in under 2hrs.

  Repositioning a radiator

  This is the second time using Cutting Heating and Plumbing, and once again, I am thoroughly impressed. On both occasions, Greg arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and was very professional. He took the time to explain the processes involved and addressed any questions I had. The quality of his work was outstanding; he completed the job efficiently and meticulously. Since he finished the work, I haven’t encountered any issues at all. I highly recommend Cutting Heating and Plumbing for their excellent service.
