In the morning I found my boiler had completely died during the night, so house stone cold and no hot water. Found Cutting Heating and Plumbing on here. Sent a meaage and within 5 mins Greg called me. Greg was great, We spoke for a few minutes and arranged for him to come over next morning. He was clear on his charges and what the possible issue could be. He came when arranged and sorting it all out. Very happy with whole process. I highly recommend Greg (Cutting Heating and Plumbing) . He's a lovely guy and honest.

Not only was he very patient and helpful over the phone when we were explaining the issue, but he was also very prompt, friendly and professional.
