    Repair to water damage and some retiling

    Joe and his team were friendly, reliable and kept me well informed on timings. They worked a long day and completed the work beautifully, carefully laying sheets to protect my property and leaving the place immaculate. Very pleased with their work and thoughtful attention to detail.

    The overall experience was great, from the first telephone conversation to discuss my building requirements to completing the work within a reasonable timescale and a fair price. Joe and his team kept me up to date with timescales and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend and use Cunningham Building Services again.

    Perfect Renovation of a 500 year old Listed Property

    We moved in to our new home in October 2023. It is a 500 year old listed property which has had little work done on it in almost 2 decades and so we were expecting that it would take a very long time until it was liveable, let alone presentable. We were proved completely wrong. Joe and his team were here within our first week and they did the most brilliant job. They rectified every urgent problem amazingly quickly, solving issues that have apparently blighted the property and those nearby for years, before moving on to the more cosmetic changes. What they have done for us is just incredible.

    Used a local building company to build my loft extension with fitted ensuite bathroom. Spoke to previous customers of Cunningham Builders prior to work commencing, feedback was very positive and reassuring . I found Joe and his team to be very reliable and professional. Really happy with the work and service provided. Will definitely be using Cunningham's again for any future work .
