Highly recommend this company! Cunningham Building Services were brilliant from day 1. We were always informed and kept up to date. They were very efficient and extremely tidy. We paid exactly what was quoted and the job was finished on time and to a high spec. We would definitely recommend this company and would use them again for any future work we have planned.

Joe and his team were friendly, reliable and kept me well informed on timings. They worked a long day and completed the work beautifully, carefully laying sheets to protect my property and leaving the place immaculate. Very pleased with their work and thoughtful attention to detail.

We moved in to our new home in October 2023. It is a 500 year old listed property which has had little work done on it in almost 2 decades and so we were expecting that it would take a very long time until it was liveable, let alone presentable. We were proved completely wrong. Joe and his team were here within our first week and they did the most brilliant job. They rectified every urgent problem amazingly quickly, solving issues that have apparently blighted the property and those nearby for years, before moving on to the more cosmetic changes. What they have done for us is just incredible.
