They completed our bathroom and driveway to a very high standard, and the quality of workmanship was excellent throughout. We’ve been using their services for years and have always found them friendly and reliable. We regularly recommend them to family and friends, many of whom have also had very positive experiences. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

I have worked with Cunningham Building Services on a number of projects and the most recent, where an extension was built, a new kitchen was installed and a complete renovation of the bathroom was carried out. The team are polite, have a “Can do” attitude and are very good at communicating with you. Where problems are encountered they suggest solutions. Very helpful and extremely easy to deal with.

Highly recommend this company! Cunningham Building Services were brilliant from day 1. We were always informed and kept up to date. They were very efficient and extremely tidy. We paid exactly what was quoted and the job was finished on time and to a high spec. We would definitely recommend this company and would use them again for any future work we have planned.
