Joe and his team were so professional, skilled and wonderful to work with! They completely renovated our kitchen including changing all the cabinetry, laying a beautiful herringbone floor and changing some very dodgy electrics that was discovered in the house. They also redecorated two bedrooms, a bathroom and our office space. Everything was carried out in a timely manner and we were also kept in the loop and updated which was very helpful for us as it was over the Christmas period and we were out the country. We will definitely use them again and would recommend Joe and his team to all.

I have worked with Cunningham Building Services on a number of projects and the most recent, where an extension was built, a new kitchen was installed and a complete renovation of the bathroom was carried out. The team are polite, have a “Can do” attitude and are very good at communicating with you. Where problems are encountered they suggest solutions. Very helpful and extremely easy to deal with.

Highly recommend this company! Cunningham Building Services were brilliant from day 1. We were always informed and kept up to date. They were very efficient and extremely tidy. We paid exactly what was quoted and the job was finished on time and to a high spec. We would definitely recommend this company and would use them again for any future work we have planned.
