  Charlie, Karin & team were absolutely brilliant! Came over quickly to scope it out, quote didn’t take long & the work was all performed to a very high level, despite it being a bigger job than originally expected - even happy to come back again once decorating had been done to refit some sockets/switches. Thanks so much!

  Replacing old smoke alarm

  We thought our smoke alarm was not working but Charlie came, checked it out and realised it was the other alarm at end of the corridor making the bleeping noise. He fitted a new battery which stopped the bleeping and put the original alarm back together. He was with us for about 15 minutes but because there was not really a problem he would not take any payment. A really pleasant gentleman, if all trades people were as genuine as Charlie then life would be a lot easier. Thank you Charlie and Karin for all your professionalism.
