We thought our smoke alarm was not working but Charlie came, checked it out and realised it was the other alarm at end of the corridor making the bleeping noise. He fitted a new battery which stopped the bleeping and put the original alarm back together. He was with us for about 15 minutes but because there was not really a problem he would not take any payment. A really pleasant gentleman, if all trades people were as genuine as Charlie then life would be a lot easier. Thank you Charlie and Karin for all your professionalism.

Excellent company. The communication is quick and I was kept up to date by Charlie and Karin. The repair was done quickly and with no mess left at all. Charlie is a real gent, friendly and helpful. This is the 3rd time I've used CTG as they are always reliable, very fair priced, polite, efficient, tidy and the work is of a high standard. Without doubt, this is the company I will continue to use; I can highly recommend them.

After finding CTG on the web with minimal searching, i contacted Charlie and got an immediate response. I briefly explained the issue and he said he could be with me that afternoon. Charlie also sent me a message when he was 1 hr away and en-route. The work was carried out very efficiently and Charlie (+ team member) were highly professional and very friendly. I SHALL use CTG again.

Very impressed with the work carried out today by Billy. Very polite and tidy and a pleasure to have in my home. Arrived on time and cleared up the minimal mess he made. Very happy with the quick service provided by this company. Hope to use them again in the future.

Excellent! Came promptly as was close by and fitted me in which I was exceptionally grateful for. Had already fitted an electric car plug for my Dad and he was so happy with overall service he called again for me. Would highly recommend!
