10 Alarm repair and service

A power cut left us with a dodgy alarm - Callum called me straight back and talked me through silencing it, then within 48 hrs he arrived (bang on time) and repaired the alarm, talking us through what he’d done and, importantly, putting my wife’s mind at rest that everything is working properly and secure. Absolutely first class service. Callum worked through how to stop the alarm over the phone on a Saturday evening. He came around on the Monday and solved the problem. Excellent and fast service. I was able to book for the next day for review and even when a new part needed ordering, Callum was able to order it and fix the day after.
