A power cut left us with a dodgy alarm - Callum called me straight back and talked me through silencing it, then within 48 hrs he arrived (bang on time) and repaired the alarm, talking us through what he’d done and, importantly, putting my wife’s mind at rest that everything is working properly and secure. Very highly recommended - glad to have found such a brilliant engineer and in the village too!

Absolutely first class service. Callum worked through how to stop the alarm over the phone on a Saturday evening. He came around on the Monday and solved the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending him without reservation.
