I contacted C Smith Roofing as we had a rainwater leak coming in through to our hall. Charlie responded immediately with a phone call, at the weekend, and we arranged for him to come and have a look a few days later in order to diagnose the issue and quote. Charlie was extremely personable and knew what he was looking for, he was very easy to get on with. The quoted price was reasonable so Charlie and his team turned up a few days later. The job was done in 2 days and I'm very happy. Charlie's communication throughout the job was excellent. Would happily use C Smith again.

Our roof was leaking during the recent storms. Charlie called me that evening and arranged to come round the next day. He surveyed the roof, gave an honest appraisal, and was able to arrange for his team and the scaffolding to be in place as soon as possible. The work was carried out quickly, and they clearly explained everything that needed to be done — even to a layman like me.

Charlie and his team were very professional and came out to fix my roof very quickly. I would highly recommend him and his team. My house is very tall and it was no problem.

Our elderly roof was leaking and obviously a total reroof was required. Having seen work done by Charlie in a nearby road we contacted him. He came immediately and recognised the urgency needed. After agreeing a reasonable estimate ,he arranged Scaffolding, New Tiles etc. Everything was put in place for an additional team of roofers who removed the old tiles and replaced with new in one day. The following day Charlie returned to repoint the chimney stack and clear the site apart from the Scaffolding . Charlie arranged for this to be cleared within a few days. Thank you Charlie

Charles and his team took their work very seriously from start to finish and they did take extra care of cleaning the roof tiles without damaging. Their price is reasonable. I would strongly recommend them and will choose this company again in the future.
